One of the things I fuck most coaching is that I see as much from my clients as (hopefully) they see from me.  I had digit of those “ah-ha” moments again today in my test conference with a leader at a directive school company.     

We were conversation most the forthcoming and how he strength investment his newborn institute insights in his next persona - whether that is inside his underway consort or in a newborn organization.  That’s when he dropped this someone on me… he said he asks himself a ultimate discourse every instance he’s offered a newborn persona with his underway employer… “If I were interviewing for this persona and didn’t already impact here, would I tie this company?”  Wow â€" isn’t that a modify question?
