Homefront quickly patched for PS3, server capacity increased

Homefront was free early this week to integrated reviews and a surprise price drop. There was also a taste of a difficulty with connectivity issues on the multiplayer front. Kaos Studios hopes to have the worst of those problems addressed with a newborn connector that "should make a momentous difference."

Citing unprecedented demand, Kaos has increased the computer capacity for the game. They've also free a connector that fixes the mass issues:

  • Fixes for intermittent problems accepting friend invites and connexion friends’ games
  • Several fixes for reported freezes
  • Fixes related to connexion matches, ammo transitions, and proper behavior on the precise capitulation screen
  • Additional bug fixes, including inaccuracies in sound meter, and contestant hosted servers not properly actuation score/time bounds settings

While the PS3 had issues, Kaos says that the Xbox 360 and PC versions of the mettlesome had farther less problems but that those module be addressed too. The PC edition has already conventional a small hotfix to precise whatever secondary problems.
