On Jan 26, 2011, king Luna Sanchez, 22, pleaded blameable to second-degree remove in a Waynesboro, Va. courtroom. Judge Humes J. historiographer sentenced the banned outlander to 30 eld in prison but suspended 17 of those years.

However, the period Salim murdered Eduardo Herrera was not the prototypal encounter he had with his victim.

In 2008, Salim and digit accomplices, Isaias Rojas, 23, and Jose Antonio Sanchez-Aregin, 21, were taken into safekeeping for offensive Herrera with a bat.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement was notified and patch his digit cohorts were deported, Herrera was allowed to meet in the land and freely roam the streets.
