New Mexico seeks fugitive gang member

The United States Marshals Service in New Mexico is taking digit of the New Mexico’s Most Wanted off the itemize today and adding a newborn fugitive.  histrion Duran, a town “CRAZY TOWN” association member, was settled in safekeeping at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Bernalillo County where he is awaiting trial.  Once Duran faces his charges from the land he module be transferred to United States Marshals Service custody.

Duran module be replaced by Andres Juarez Garcia.  Garcia is desired for land probation violations and is a lifelong association member.  Originally Garcia was a member of “SURENO” association in the land of Washington before agitated to town and decent related with the “Little Valley Locos” gang.  He was arrested in Jan 2008 for receiving a stolen container and sentenced to a year and 8 months probation.  Garcia has been in hiding and unsuccessful to obey with the cost of his probation since 2008.  He was stopped in Artesia in November of 2010 but he used an alias to avoid existence arrested.  During the reciprocation kibosh Garcia was found in possession of a firearm and since has been indicted by the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives for Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

Garcia is considered to be brachiate and dangerous.  The United States Marshal for the District of New Mexico author Candelaria said  “Garcia is a threat to the country of New Mexico’s residents and his lifelong occupation as a association member has earned him a blot on the New Mexico’s Most Wanted list.”
