Dr. Phil forfeited a suite change that was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by the Kalpoe brothers arrangement Natalie Holloway’s care to be deposed by the Kalpoe’s professional in a causa they filed last year claiming defamation.

Deepak and Satish Kalpoe hit sued Dr. Phil and CBS for disparagement of case where they claimed the television portion “was deceivingly clothed as an investigative piece hunting into the disappearance of [Natalee]" but was "in reality an abhorrent example of manufactured media sensationalism at its worst.”

The Kalpoe’s lawyer maintains that Beth Holloway knows behindhand the scenes information that crapper establish The Dr. Phil Show portrayed them as killers.  They were brought in for questioning in Aruba, but not proven for the murder of Natalie Holloway who was on a vacation with her high edifice friends.
