The fat jokes started five minutes after "Dancing With the Stars" announced its Season 12 cast. Kirstie Alley, who for years has made her living as an overweight reality diva in “Fat Actress” (Showtime) and “Kirstie Alley’s Big Life” (A&E) -- not to name the disreputable swimsuit reveal on Oprah -- is going to be shaking that thang in a skimpy costume. 

"Worth the weight." (Shame on you, Chicago Sun-Times.)  "The coefficient is over." "Weight and see." The punfest has begun and isn't probable to stop until the "Look Who's Talking" grapheme busts some earnest moves and gets some attitude from the judges. 

But the past Miss Rebecca Howe isn't the exclusive not-quite-ready-for-the-A-list grapheme on this season's DWTS roster. She'll have plentitude of rivalry from pro combatant Chris Jericho, who doubles as advance vocaliser of a heavy-metal band;  21-year-old rapper Romeo, whose ascendant Master P ease holds the record for the lowest reason ever on the show, according to MTV; Playboy coney Kendra Wilkinson; self-proclaimed "Queen of All Media" speech exhibit patron Wendy Williams; Disney TV lawful Chelsea Kane AKA Chelsea Staub; the digit and exclusive Sugar Ray Leonard, boxing's prototypal $100 meg man; caretaker loveable example "Karate Kid" Ralph Macchio; Steelers' panoramic receiver and past Super Bowl MVP Hines Ward; supermodel Petra Nemcova; and past take junkie Mike Catherwood AKA Psycho Mike, co-host of Dr. Drew's "Loveline" radio show.
