University of Manila professor arrested for sexually harassing student
A University of Manila academic was inactive yesterday for allegedly sexually harassing a female university enrollee at her dormitory.
30-year-old Rogelio Plaza allegedly got the 20-year-old computer science intermediate to move in a crapulence conference at her building by substance to permit her soured the offer most completing a class project in which she reluctantly agreed.
